Share & Tell: an open microphone

  • Kava Shteeble 94 Ralph Avenue Brooklyn, NY, 11221 United States (map)

In a unifying space of music, expressions and dialogue, the SLAPcollective hosts Share & Tell: an Open Microphone for creatives and community contributors to share their words [every 3rd Saturday of the month]

the Collective offers an open stage for performance, speaking aloud and storytelling. As we blend the gray areas between performers and audiences, we invite you to a mixed bag of creative works, thoughts, and ideas shared in various artistic mediums; get familiar with yourself, fellow Creatives and their muses. This month's discussion prompt: Healing

Join us as the microphone is set for open, candid discussion and creative exhibitions. No pressure to share or tell, we've got that covered but you're welcome to add your art and mind should you feel moved to do so.

Doors and music at 7pm - come early to get comfortable, eat and sign up to perform. We'll get started from there with performances at 7:30pm.

SLAPple Fact:

a mi·cro·phone is an instrument for converting sound waves into electrical energy variations, which may then be amplified or transmitted.
