expanding on our Self Preservation practices of yoga and meditation, we invite you out for an artistic night of getting to know your body (and how to care for it daily)
To care for one's being, we must understand and listen to its needs fully - come ready to explore your body and its movements through yoga and bit of visual body art. Ask the Yogis individual questions about healing practices specific to your body and for yoga tips that align with your daily intentions. What would you like to learn and work on? Let's get focused!
After mingling with the crowd and getting a body part of two decorated, we'll be introduced and guided through 3 yoga mediations that are good for all bodies and experience levels; we'll be getting grounded and connected all evening.
Let the good tunes roll and the paint flow as we get to know our bodies and create a space for comfortable, safe exploration!
7:00 - the Warm Up Hour
Yogi Q&A: individual demonstrations of best yogi practices for different focuses and needs
Body Painting: explore your body's movements with the visual aid of paints and colors
Business Card + Yoga/Body Intention activities
8:00 - the Meditations
Meet the Yogis: learn about our yogis' focuses and practices, their philosophies and intentions
Let's Meditate: our yogis will guide and assist you through a flow of their own style (approx. 1 hour total)
9:30 - the Final Stretch
More Mix and Mingle: connect with the room, share your practices and experiences, more body paint and the exchange all things good
